Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bow Tales. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in unused and original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice

  • Be returned within the allowed return period (see below)

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within:

1 DAY from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bowtales1official@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

1-4 Days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to you.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges (subject to availability) for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 1 Day of delivery.

  2. Share photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund (depending on your preference and availability)

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items (if applicable) cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened consumables

Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping will be:

  • Covered by us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Paid by the customer for all other return reasons (such as change of mind, size issues unless specified otherwise).

If return shipping is deducted, it will be reflected in the final refund amount.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you may request a return instead (if eligible).


9. Items Lost or Missing During Return

We recommend using a trackable courier service.
We cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit and never reach us.
