Within India: 3-10 Days after dispatch
Express Shipping (if available): 2-7 Days

Please note:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier workload, weather, or unforeseen events.
Rural or remote locations may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your order value, weight, and destination.

Standard Shipping: Rs. 70
Express Shipping: Rs. 140

Any promotional offers on shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

1-4 Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing includes order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the courier’s tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

Please contact us if:

Your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe,
Your tracking information shows delivered, but you haven’t received it, or
The package arrives damaged or tampered.

We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Important: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, incorrect shipping addresses, or uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect addresses.
